Tri-County Fantasy Football 2013

Lineups

1. All lineups need to be called in before the start of the first game of the week if you have players in that game.  Lineups need to be in by Sunday noon normally.  If there is a Thursday or Saturday game and want a player to be in the lineup, you must at least call that player in.
2. Failure to call lineups in will be a $1 fine.  Lineup from previous week we be used.  If players are on bye weeks or injured, too bad. 
3. As a courtesy, let the opponent know your lineup.  E-mail or call me with your lineup.

Money

1. There is an initial $30 fee to enter the league. 
2. All transactions will cost you $1.  So if Bill and Ron trade RB’s it will each cost them $1.  Drops and adds will cost $1 each.  If a player is injured, you may pick up another player until the player comes back.  If you decide to keep that player it will cost you $1 and you must drop another player.  You must keep 18 players on your active roster. 
3. Please pay fines periodically.  Pay outs are approximate:  1^st -$250, 2^nd - $100, 3^rd - $30, 4^th - $30.
4. Final rosters are due before Sunday games on Week 13.  You may activate players from IR or keep an IRPU player and drop another player, but if someone is hurt after week 13 games you may not add an IR player or trade or pick up anyone.  Your roster is your roster.

We will play a 14 week regular season and 3 week post season.

Division winner with best record (points is tiebreaker) - #1

Line-ups will consist of 1 QB, 2 RB’s, 3 WR’s, 1 K, 1 Sp/Def.

If your defense is on a bye week and you start them, -1000 points.  You can pick up players at any time.  First come first serve. 

All trades and pickups must be reported to the league commissioner.  Trades must be reported by both traders to the league commissioner.  I reserve the right to veto any fishy trades.

Return Guy Rule:  If your receiver or running back is a return guy, yards do not count, but touchdowns count.

Scoring:

RB’s and REC

TD 1-39 yards – 60 points

TD 40 and up – 120 points

2 Pt. Conv. – 20 points

TD throwing – 60 points

YDS – 1 point each yard

QB’s

TD - 60 points

Rushing TD over 40 yards-120 points (not passing)

INT- -30 points

YDS Passing, rushing, and receiving- 1point each yard

2 point conv. – 20 points 

Kicker

Extra Points- 10 points X number

Field Goal – 1 point every yard

Any rushing or throwing yards – same as RB’s and REC

2 point Conv. – 20 points

Defenses

Points given up X –10  Example 20 points = -200 points

Touchdowns by defense or special teams +70

Touchdowns scored by other teams SP or DEF doesn’t count against your defense

Example: 20 points (kickoff ran back for TD) = -130 points
